art work process

here is the art work for my end of this semester, this looks very simply, just a cartoon dog and stick paper on the board. but there are many background knowledge. China is the world's second largest economy, is the world's largest consumer of paper, in the amount of paper used more than 8 million tons per year, but consumes such a large number of paper, but less than 2 million tonnes of waste paper can be recycled, this is a very serious test, every year China abandoned waste resources can use more than a decade to Malaysia.In some developed countries, and their waste paper recycling utilization rate is as high as 80% or even higher, but China has a very poor.So, I want to appeal to the Chinese, pay attention to the use of waste paper, creating some artwork with waste paper.
